Awful service and lack of professionalism. The interest is only collecting money and there is no property management skills here. The employees and management have lack of empathy and kindness. Awful service and lack of professionalism. The interest is only collecting money and there is no property management skills here. The employees and management have lack of empathy and kindness. I`d say Rude.
They were former Oscar Knight before some tenants sue them and they moved into a newly created company. Oscar Knight is now empty and any claim is useless.
I`d not recommend to have deal with them cause when they are liable they do not take responsibilities or compensate for consequences.
They manage the properties of an off-shore company (Channel Island`s Investment company, called Nisara Investments ltd) and do not represent you if you need a compensation for a property or maintenance issue.
They do not offer any support or alternative place to stay if you cannot live in your apartment due to the issue (apartment flooding or hot water missing or heating broken).
Avoid them.
