Hi Nigel, thanks for your comments and I appreciate you take the reviews seriously! To correct what you said - I was definitely prepared to go 20,000 higher but I WASN'T well informed of the situation by the negotiator, you can't just say ok I will pay 20000 more now on an asking price can you? And WASN'T even given the chance in the end(2nd round) and I thought at least the chance should be given, or the information ought to be passed onto vendor. This was wrong fundamentally! I wasn't aware of this comment, never having seen until today. If anyone has a problem I am always available to try and resolve it. One cowardly comment (no name given) with completely unsubstantiated 'reports' of other people could have been written by anyone, possibly a competitor! I guess you can never please everyone. ...
