Stags Wellington office is situated in the town centre with plenty of car parking close by. From here the highly successful team works alongside the Professional Services department who give expert advice on all plannin
g, estate management and rural business issues, as well as carrying out professional valuations for probate, matrimonial disputes and inheritance tax to name but a few.
Wellington is an attractive country town situated near the Somerset/Devon border between the Quantock Hills to the north and the Blackdown Hills to the south, each designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has a thriving population of around 15,000 and is made up of independent speciality shops, as well as three independent supermarkets including Waitrose. Wellington has a good sports centre, a cinema, a wide choice of clubs and societies and an excellent selection of schools including Wellington School, a co educational independent day and boarding school for pupils aged 2-18 years. The town also hosts an annual food festival and is renowned for its Wellington Monument, completed in 1854 this was built in honour of the Duke of Wellington and stands high on the Blackdown Hills overlooking the town below.

Throughout our two main contacts, Addie and Claire remained diligent, calm, polite, and professional at all times. Maintaining a sense of humour and managing to calm frustration and concern on our part. Bearing in mind we were not their client, they consistently went way above and beyond their remit on our behalf. For this we are very grateful.

Wellington office : What an excellent service. From the viewing staff to Claire, Addie and Jackie in the office I can not fault them. Knowledgeable and friendly and great communication throughout the process. Without hesitation I recommend them.
Exeter office : We came to Emily in the Exeter office after being on the market with another agent for several months in what was then a buoyant market. They had only got us one low offer. Emily immediately said the problem was with our photos and ordered new images. Within a few weeks we had agreed our sale. Jacob dealt with our sales progression helping particularly in the last week to get us to exchange.

I have recently sold my property achieving full asking price through Stags in Wellington and cannot recommend them highly enough. Claire and Addie are super efficient and provided an excellent service, always at the end of a phone line or email to cheerfully answer questions promptly and ensure the sale of my property was as smooth as possible.
