Very friendly, highly professional team who always responded promptly to communications and conducted in depth, well researched viewings of our property. We cannot speak highly enough of all the staff at Stags in Tavistock. They were totally professional and sold our property quickly for the full asking price. It was a long chain, with some complications at the bottom end, but they kept on top of the whole chain throughout, making sure that we were kept fully informed throughout. The chain could easily have fallen down at times, and they played a very significant role in keeping everything together, not to mention keeping us sane at the same time. We wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone considering selling, or indeed buying, as our buyers were very impressed with them too.

We have had many years of experience dealing with Letting Agents and I can honestly say Stags have been THE worst! Everything from lack of communication to dirty houses. Considering their charges are probably the most expensive, the lack of service we got was disgusting.
Be very careful when viewing a property that you don't offend the Landlord by telling the truth - they want the income but don't want to keep their property clean showing their total disregard to potential tenants.
