What agent could do to change your mind?
Advertise letting dates correctly and inform people when they inquire. People give notice on current flats based on ability to move into a new one. Squares would have left us stranded for 3 days with a family of 2 boys. They should not be so rude and unhelpful for no reason. They could have been more accommodating but choose not to and surely the previous tenants would have had to clean the flat before they left so why were we being asked to do it?Attached Filesnbsp;

What agent could do to change your mind?
I am not naive enough to think that mistakes do not happen, the important thing is how they are rectified. Regular contact with us on this matter as reassurance would have made all the difference. There is however no excuse for the rude way in which my partner was spoken to by a female member of staff and it is also not acceptable to blatantly ignore e-mails and phone calls from customers.Attached Filesnbsp;

They did almost a similar thing to us, advertised flat as available end of September and as we had to move out 2nd October 2014 this was perfect timing. Rude woman told my husband SHE would decide when we moved in not us.... said it would take 5 days to clean flat and we either liked it or paid for cleaner ourselves. ...

just had the same bad arrogant experience too they , take your money £227 admin fee drag their heels , , never getting back to you , as promised , when you complain that the fee pays their wages they use it an excuse to withdrew and refuse to return the admin fee , as it offended them ........... cowboys the lot of them ...

Staff change monthly due to poor management and shoddy service.
With a 3 yearly rental we saw 12 different lettings staff.
That alone is enough to worry.
Major problems;
