This estate agent promises the world and delivers nothing but a bad service. From the start there where errors with the brochure, poor pictures, intimidating staff and do not meet arrangements discussed. Comments on Agent Fees
Cheap (and service you will get reflects this). Property was on the market with this agent for three months, the house went to another agent and sold in three weeks. Only good thing was that there was no sale no fee arrangement.
