we talked 1% but the bank screen that i signed on the i-phone was apparently attached to an agreement to pay 1) my invoice for 1.29% +VAT or 2) my lawyers invoice for a fixed price of £1200 +VAT

Go anywhere other than Largs Slater Hogg here are the issues:- No feedback unless we phoned.
Not taking contact details from prospective buyers.
Unable to see their failings, they blame the customer.
Try ringing the office after opening times, you get an answering machine
