All advice on a quick Google tells you to punish for 1% but to be fair although we were quite quick through the market the team did a lot of work seeing through the completion with a buyer that did drop out at one point. Also the fee wasn't much more than that anyway.

Very Surprised to see this. This property was sold very quickly due to efficient and correct marketing. The buyers were cash buyers and with no mortgage to follow it was a fairly simple transaction (unlike many!). There was a little confusion over permission in allowing the buyers to look at the boiler.
