I contacted the Agent as I had some knowledge of the Agents in the area and all information indicated they were reliable. I discussed with Jeremy my thoughts and he formed a plan of how and at what price to market the property. For me it was important that I was kept informed of progress which Jeremy and Amanda have provided by giving me regular updates on the sale through to completion. I found the Agent approachable and supportive throughout the process and never felt under pressure to make decisions without adequate consultation. Looking back I chose the right Agent for me and would recommend them to future vendors. As mentioned both Jeremy and Amanda were friendly, supportive and keen to deliver a professional service which in my opinion they achieved.
