Sadly somehow Sherman Quinney have a lot of properties around Peterborough Orton / Hampton area. If you are considering selling DO NOT USE SHARMAN QUINNEY! From start to finish it was false promises and lies. From signing the contract without me present ( although I agreed we would both sign as I wanted to check terms etc) he ensured he left before I got home with us committing to a 24 week... Fees are far higher than any other agent and as contract was signed without me present I could not negotiate to a reasonable fee

I recently sold my house through this agent. It sold very quickly (overnight) so I was pleased. The chap I dealt with was Charlie and he really was a good salesperson. Polite and very helpful. These people do not tell you that NO SALE NO FEE means that you will be never able to withdraw your property from them unless you are prepared to pay a �300 ecovery cost. I hope they go out of business, because they never point this out and have had several... Read Full Review

TREAT YOU LIKE A CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED READ THE ESTATE AGENTS RULES AND GUIDLINES THAT REGULATE THEM AS THEY HAVE NOT DONE IN MY CASE NEED TO HAVE ETIQUETTE LESSONS YOU RUDE ARROGANT PEOPLE
