I'm very sorry to hear that you're disappointed with your experience of dealing with Seymours. I would like to discuss the issues you have listed however as a result of your anonymity I am unable to establish who you are. Seymours would not continue to show clients around a property once a deposit has been paid unless there is an issue with the references, so I can only assume from the information provided that this was the case.
