Savills is the most useless agency in London. Last year they rented me a house that apparently seemed decent, had just been painted! After about a month, mold began to appear everywhere, food, furniture and clothes all thrown away! It was useless to contact them ...

Comment on agent fees
I was charged as 1500 in my first attempt for the property and later i was charged as 1525 and they have entered it in the contract as well and I was cornered. They keep on changing the property manager and atlast dont care about the agreement with the property manager at that time.
