From start to finish, we have had a terrible time working with Savills. The estate agent, *, was ill-informed on the property during the initial showing and every subsequent person we dealt with from the Savills team after that was equally inept at their respective jobs. We were rushed through the lease process, not given even 12 hours to review and sign the lease, and then they attempted to charge an additional "administrative fee" for the multiple leases they sent us, despite the fa...
