Recently bought a flat in a new build block. Savills run the block on behalf of the freeholder. An incident occurred last week and I have been trying to get hold of the estate manager and managing agent. Can not get hold of anyone!!! Savills give good service before the sale of a property but completely useless after that!...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have answered my emails or phone calls when an issue occurred.
