Absolutely terrible, would give 0 stars if i could. Decided to cancel my contract on an apartment 3 days before moving in, i was left unable to find an apartment all thanks to their last minute cancellation and with no explanation. Avoid them at all costs...

Savills is ok but it's just the front
Putting one star simply because of the subprovider used by Savill's for referencing checks - LettingsHub.
Worst experience ever and lot of new grey hair thanks to that one.
