They are not the cheapest but the quality of the brochure is better and they did achieve a sale which other local agents had not.

DO NOT RENT A PROPERTY WITH THIS COMPANY!
This estate agent revolves around selling high value properties. If you are looking to rent then do not rent with these guys! They were very unprofessional throughout. Everything takes a lot longer than it should (if you even get a reply from an e-mail to the estate agent) and they also charge £30 just for giving a reference to the next landlord. However, the major problem is as follows:
