Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. I wholly believe you get what you pay for. You can use online agents and pay much less, however, you don't get the help and support so I would always use an Estate Agent.

I recommend Ryder & Dutton as an agent to use to sell your house as they are very professional and well established. However I feel the fees are a little high, when getting to the last few weeks of the sale the most communication we had was between ourselves, the buyer and the solicitors.
