We are unable to comment as we have nothing to compare it with Ryder and Dutton was our 1st Estate Agent and they where very professional and friendly. Bradley came out to value our house and we were happy with the price so we put it on the market straight away ans it was sold in 3 days well done Ryder and Dutton. also well done Charlotte for being at the end of the phone every time we needed to ask a question.

A little high in comparison with other business. Would have felt better if it was below the £2,000 mark. Didn't quite seem as good value for money, when I did all the viewings around my house. Perhaps would have been if I hadn't.
