Rowena carried out the annual inspection this morning. Rowena is a credit to Rosedale Letting Agent as she was professional and carried out the inspection without being intrusive and made sure there were no issues with maintenance. There weren't any issues to report. Thank you....

Thank you for your review, which I am sorry to read.
As you know, no deduction was made from your deposit without your agreement. The final deduction was in fact £120 as mutually agreed. Allowances were made for the decorator using the kitchen sink and the toilet, but the decorator did not use the other kitchen or bathroom facilities. These areas were not returned in a clean state as confirmed via photographic evidence.
