Unfortunately it is often necessary to renegotiate the sale price following the survey/valuation and our advice did lead to the completion of the sale in what is a tough market climate. We will however take on board your comments for training purposes. We have a 94% 'Would recommend us to a friend' return on our customer questionaires and whilst there is always room to improve we feel these comments are not reflective of our service and our position as market leaders. ...
