Dionne as part of the after sales team has been amazing, helping us deal with everything throughout the stresses of buying and selling and moving all with a 5 month old baby in tow. She has been very understanding, patient and caring and even helped keep my sanity at times. She never fails to make you smile with her very pleasant manner and makes you feel more of a friend than a customer, which in my opinion makes her worth her weight in gold. Over time my dealings with Rook Matthews and in particular with Dionne became more involved as many difficult issues cropped up. Dionne from day one was a great help in smoothing out these difficult issues and in acting as a go between with all of the relevant parties. She became involved in both the sale of my old property but also many of the difficult and complicated issues arising with the purchase of the new property. Without doubt the worst estate agent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with for so many reasons I don't have time to waste listing so I will go with my number 1 complaint.... The branch manager David!! Everyone and I mean everyone I have spoken to since have all commented upon the catty, sly, rude and obnoxious nature of this man....

Potential tenant unavailable to get viewing, had to leave a note in the our empty property to contact us. EPC certificate took more than a month to arrive after payment had been long paid. No courtesy of returning any phone calls. Worst than terrible....

Poor at answering phones. Phones often ignored. I work and am busy so this is an inconvenience. Often slow to arrange repairs. We are lucky our landlord has a direct input otherwise I doubt we would ever get anything done. To be honest I sometimes wonder why he uses them. Property inspections can only be carried out on weekdays. Not being funny but why should I waste my holidays for this? Our rent is always on time and the property is immaculate. When informed they would have to wait until my ...

Not full of promises, Feel they are only interested if your house is in Ponteland, happy to pass on negative feedback that you can't do anything about, charge a withdrawal fee, feel they favour the person viewing your house rather than you as their customer. Don't have a customer service charter (that I know of) so don't expect any customer service. Could go on and on but who cares, people will keep using them and they will make enough commission from Darras to survive....

Was told no fee no sale. Sent a bill for 99+vat for withdrawl. Now I am being told it isnt a withdrawl fee but it is for costs incured such as sale boards and admin that should I have sold my property would have been absorbed in the fee? To me that is a fee for not selling and lets face it 2 veiwings in over 1 year is not good. My board also blew down and it took 2 months and 3 phone calls to get it put back up. I have been unable to find my copy of my contract so I supose i dont have much argu...
