We saw with them a property and we fell in love with it! At the moment of visiting it the agent told us that double bed and sofa were included in the rent ( in fact on the announce it was written fully furnished) but after paying 500 pounds o hold the apartment we discovered that neither bed nor the sofa were included! So we changed our mind and we left the property. Other problem w had with Romans in Bracknell! First of all, at the moment of the viewing they didn`t know exactly what was include...

The agent always contacted me when he said he would, found out the information I needed and was generally very helpful. All the paperwork was correct and provided in time. Sumuda was very helpful in sorting all this out....

Michal was extremely professional and provided excellent client service. He always kept me informed of feedback on viewings meaning I was never wondering and was considerate about timings/notice. He took time to explain the letting procedure which was really helpful given I have never let a property before. I have been dealing with Michal at Romans, Tilehurst, on behalf of my children who are the tennants of the property. Nothing has been too much trouble from the viewings to the actual moving in day. All phone calls/emails are answered immediately and with such detail I was left at ease and imformed on a daily basis. Nothing was never any trouble as far as Romans were concerned. I cannot praise Michal highly enough for the first-class, professional service he consistently provided under difficult circumstances; I was living overseas and needed a property quickly, ahead of a new contract in the Reading area. I am very happy with the service provided during the process of letting out my house from the above members of staff that I have been corresponding with also with Michal Matejka who helped show tenants round the property.
