Tristan was attentative and extremely helpful in negotiations with the landlord, punctual and generally attentative. I didn't give 5* because a sofa we were told was available before we made our offer, turned out not to be available nor replaceable when came to signing of the contract, which was an expensive disappointment for us....

Should be reduced. Also I suggest to remove the agent's deposit of gbp 750 as this gives the customer more confidence in the agent.

Where shall I start? No customer service skills what so ever. We have offered on property with Tim, I wish never walked up to his desk when going into their office in Northfields. I am sure he is confident in himself knowing the market as he has been an estate agent at that desk for a long time but he would get a lot further by being nice to people. We had dealt with this branch in the past and were pleased with the service then. This time again, we found a very dedicated agent who understood our needs, was never pushy and tried to find the perfect place for us. He succeeded and we are very happy with our new home! Andrew dealt with finding new tenants for the property in an extremely efficient and professional manner, any enquiries we made were dealt with quickly and a tenant was found before the property was actually available at a good rental. He was very sincere with us throughout the process from finding a property to settling in and was always quick to respond to our questions and requests. I also appreciated his friendliness (he is so good with kids!) The only thing that would have been better is if the gate key to the parking was ready when we moved in....

What I liked about Andrew was that he went beyond being an agent, I felt that he personally wanted to help us, it was important to him to do that. We were part of a chain and it got pretty complex and tricky but he worked hard to resolve difficulties and keep us happy. We got the great property we wanted thanks to Andrews hard work....

Mr Andrew Healey has been our first point of contact with Robertson Smith & Kempson from day one. He has demonstrated incredible diligence as an Estate Agent. When we moved in we did not have water and many maintenance issues remained unresolved. Estate agents tend to get bad reviews and in my experience, they are well deserved. So it's very refreshing to find an agent who not only does their job well but goes above and beyond in order to make the whole transaction of finding a home and moving in, as least stressful as possible. Emma was incredibly helpful throughout the process of finding us a place to live in Northfields. We worked with a number of agents, but none of them were as good at understanding what we were looking for and finding properties that exactly matched our brief. Emma was also very patient with us, we saw a fair few properties until we found the right one and she would never lose hope in us, she'd always call up as soon as a property came up that met our brief. Hi Impressed with the level of interest in us as a landlord given that our son was going through this process for first time. Micaela and Hernan shared key details without delay and did not lose patience if response was delayed due to be work commitments. They kept the potential tenant informed in a pleasant manner causing no stress or worry. We started our search for a (rental) house some months ago from far away Qatar and contacted many real estate agents. RSK was the one that went all the way to make sure we would find a suitable place, where from others we would only get an occasional non personal email. We vacated the property on 21/06/2014 and our deposit has still not been returned by their Head Office despite constant e-mails enquiries and text messages. They required an Early Vacation Fee (650£) despite an agreement in writing with the Landlord that we wouldn't penilised for leaving the premises two months earlier than the end of the lease. After an awful experience with another agent that felt us flat-less with 2 weeks to go until moving, Andrew Healy found us the perfect flat in a very short space of time, he went to the effort of checking it fit all our crieteria, that the landlord was happy with any additional requests and went the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly and on time. RSK were unable to find a suitable tenant for my flat so I informed them I no longer needed their services and I thought we parted amicably. Months later they refuse to take the listing off their website, so they appear to still be listing my flat. As they have been contacted by Trading Standards and still the listing appears on their site and other property websites I can only assume this isn\'t an oversight....
