Dear 'Regal' Estates,
Thank you for yet again presenting your unprofessionalism and incompetence when it comes to conducting business. Not only was I shouted at over the phone with incorrect information and emailed with condescending emails from your Estate Agents, you have yet again you can committed a confidentiality breach by sharing contractual data without the signing parties consent! Well done, I have added this response as well to the report to the property Ombudsman !

Estate agents are known to be thick, lazy and slow, but these estate agents are Olympically slow. Imagine sloths but less dilligent and less intelligent.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have arranged for an inventory for when the tenancy started, when asked for this they could not supply one which has now lead to a dispute for the deposit. They have not advised us correctly and took a very long time to respond to our requests for the check out report. This is my major concern apart from the fact their fees are extortionate and the property management side of things is non existent.Attached Filesnbsp;
