Contrary to some comments here, we do care very much about our clients and the service we provide, hence taking the time to reply. We placed this property on the market on 29.02.16, with the owners still being in residence. the price suggested was £200k with an initial asking price to be £210k. Photography was carried out, but with the owners sill in occupation with all rooms very full, it was difficult to make the best of the property, irrespective of moving things from room to room. This was an unfortunate case, as the previous tenants to 'Kim' had to leave under duress, having failed to make their rental payments, also as Kim says they did not alert us to the damp problem. However once we were aware we did inform the new applicants, and although we were entitled to keep the fee, we felt it best for all parties for us to return it, as a gesture of good faith.
