Having researched other agents fees we were aware that we could get a cheaper rate elsewhere. However we chose Reed Rains because they had already sold a nearby property and due to the location we knew it could prove difficult to sell and we wanted an agent that was familiar with the area. The fee given was an all inclusive fee, no sale no charge, and as such did not have any hidden extras so all in all we were happy with the service we paid for.

‚£1800 was too much for the estate agents. It should be pro rata on price of house although we know that all estate agents charge a fair bit with the exception of red house. I believe a fairer price would have been total of ‚£1500 all in.
