At first I thought the fees were a little high. Particularly being asked to pay for the photographs as extra. However, on reflection the professional photographs were better quality and they were worth the money. The service I got from the branch was excellent and again, I feel now was worth the money.

There is a lot of initial expenditure when letting out a property and not all of it relates to the actual agency fees. But the fully comprehensive service offered by Reeds Rains does offer peace of mind and I’m sure the fees are comparable to other agencies.

Reeds Rains was the only agent I contacted because I was impressed with Donna's initial sales technique so I am unsure of how competitive their fees are.They are what I expected I suppose. I wasn't happy with the notion of paying for the photographer's pictures of my house.The pictures were not special particularly and I must say it was at this point I thought I might look elsewhere.
