Of course we would like the fees to be much less but we received value for money as the company took all the pressure off us as sellers by doing the viewings and pulling everything together for final completion.

Having had our house up for sale for some time, we had a problem selling, due to a new build going up next door just at the same time we wanted to sell!, so we decided to rent the property out. Having had a rental property on the market with another prominent letting ggent in Rotherham for three months with no viewings, even after reducing the requested rent, I contacted Reeds Rains with a view to dual market the property. An excellent service was provided by Reeds Rains. I moved out of my property due to moving area through marriage. After the valuation I received an offer for my property within a month, and due to an effective marketing strategy, I had quite a lot of interest in the property.
