Aaron and Kirsty on the sale side at coventry office and Kat and Ellie on letting side at Rugby office have given me excellent service during the sale process. They provided me full service from finding a buyer to the completion stage. I recommend Redbrick highly, to me they are best estate agent on sale side in coventry and best on letting side in rugby. An excellent and professional service. We were made to feel welcome and a full consultation on the pros and cons of buy to let were explained. If I do not purchase a property via Red brick I will be using as my letting agent. Hopefully Redbrick will market some property within my budget soon....

I found Red Brick a very friendly, professional company to do business with. They found me a perfect tenant for my property in a very timely manner. As I am new to letting I was concerned about lots of issues such as ensuring rent got paid on time and how to protect my property from being damaged or abused by tenants. Patrick Sullivan, the Manager, reassured and put me at ease about these and many other issues. He explained the measures that are put in place for such issues. Susan West who work...

This is the first property that I have placed with Red Brick. Patrick has been first class, on the ball and very professional. Quick reply to questions and very good dealing with difficult situations. I would certainly recommend using Red Brick to any other landlords...

I am a landlord and have three properties that have been managed by Red Brick Lettings for a number of years . I have found the services provided , both to me as a landlord and also to my tenants invaluable, Redbrick provide a truly professional caring approach , any issues that had arisen with my properties have been dealt with through their excellent staff and management team - having tried other letting agents I would have no problem recommending Red Brick lettings to other landlords as th...

It has taken me almost 1 year to speak of the sadness I endured by Red Brick Lettings. I firstly spent 2000 pounds to rent a flat off 1st lettings who then moved me to Red brick lettings along with all their staff (iffy) . The flat was a badly converted house. It was so damp. They would do nothing about me having no hot water and heating plus damp damage to my goods. Eventually I called a council enforcer in to see what could be done. He ordered them to do what was needed. They done some ...

During this tenancy our staff had to endure verbal abuse and slander on many occasions. The tenants in the flat above also had to deal with verbal abuse, threatening behavior. The property was left in a terrible state with poorly decorated walls and generally messy. At no point was Coventry council involved to initiate any form of enforcement. The bond was dealt with through the DPS process.....

This agent is very far from helpful, after numerous attempts of asking them to inspect a very serious mould issue my partner has been having, they have only ever came up with ways to clean the mould and no solutions, they have told her to use bleach and water to clean the mould off the walls instead of getting a professionals advice (which she would have to pay an expensive fee just for a call out charge). Even though she struggles to get through to them for any occasion, they are very quick to...

Red Brick have been very helpful throughout the process of moving, we contacted them for a viewing which was very swiftly fulfilled. Had a few questions which they were happy to reply too, we even used them for advise on our old property with Heritage as they weren't being very compliant or swift with our moving needs. We have paid our fee for the reference and to reserve the property till payday, Jas was very swift in calling me and emailing be back regarding the property - she was very friendl...

We had no problem with the fees and debating the costs of monthly rent and even the deposit - they were fast in changing this for us as we did not need the furniture within the room we are renting.

I was a tenant. Before moving out of the house, we had fully cleaned the house. After we moved out, the RED BRICK agent made up excuses about house cleanness. The agent can't provide sufficient evidence and they decided to deduct deposit what we paid. We are not happy how we are treated by this agent and by their excuse reasons about the deposit. We had re-sent and re-sent emails (more than 5 emails and a week) to the agent request evidences (such as Photos before & after etc) but no respons...

As in all cases with Bond / Deposits we use the DPS scheme. Bonds that are not paid back to the tenant are subject the rigorous processes that DPS demand are fully followed. The decision to the return of deposits is 100 % down to the outcome of a DPS investigation.....

I agree with the previous review, but I come from a tenants point of view. Gas safety certificates have only recently become an important issue for Red Brick letting. As for rent, after being told the cheque I used to pay my rent had bounced and proving via my bank that the said cheque was in fact paid I was told it\'s hard for them to keep track and the money was never credited to my account. Correspondence is difficult unless they want something from you so phone calls and e-mails were very ra...

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent I spoke to clearly stated they work for the landlord and the tenant so basically they were not able to deal with any concerns I had. It would have been nice if the agent had followed through with both mine and the landlords queries. As it stands I honestly don\'t know if they were as unhelpful to the landlord as they were to me

Emmaus Coventry & Warwickshire are a charity that helps homeless people by giving them a home, work and a chance to rebuild their lives in a supportive environment. The people we help are called Companions and they do a variety of jobs that include collecting donated furniture, selling donated items in our shops and much more just to keep this wonderful charity going. A few months ago we ventured into gardening, painting and decorating and found that some Companions preferred this as this...
