The worst estate agent I have ever dealt with. Two viewings in four months in a buoyant market and a string of excuses as to why the property wasn't selling that just didn't stack up. The sale was a shared ownership, my father's flat, so it wasn't a very lucrative sale for the agent. They just didn't make much effort with it. They put only one photo on Rightmove, then when I queried this they denied it and when I checked the website some time later six other photos had miraculously appeared! They didn't list the property as a shared ownership on Rightmove either, another mistake. They didn't give me feedback after the two viewings until I chased them. When I ended the agency agreement two weeks ago I could not get them to speak to me to confirm the end date of the agreement in writing, even after two emails, a recorded delivery letter and several phone calls. In the end I spoke to someone junior who was probably fed up of me calling and he said I can tell you that we are no longer marketing the property but that was all i could get out of them. Don't use them, they are a firm with appalling customer service.

I registered with RA Bennett last year looking in this area. I was bombared with phone calls and so was my other half about properties all over the areas they cover. None of them were suitable or matched the criteria stipulated.
So today I see a place that has not even been marketed publically as sold on rightmove, even though it never featured as "for sale". I thought this was dodgey, and phoned them up and they said they had sold it without public marketing from a handful of buyers they had decided on.
As I am a cash buyer with no home to sell, one has to wonder what this firm is doing where it comes to legal marketing of the property. Apparently the vendor, elderly, is delighted to get the asking price, however, had Bennett's fairly marketed the property who is to say if a better price could not have been achieved? Smacks of unfair trading and doing the vendor out of a proper sale to me. Why would a reputable agent do that? If you are a seller or buyer beware.
