I appreciate that other agents also give good service, but we find that PWR have a flexible approach towards the services they offer. We have specific requirements as a landlord such as minimum 12 month let. As a landlord company, we have less need for a fully managed service, therefore the let only option is an economical solution for us. For a private sole property landlord, fully managed service may be more practical....

I have used PWR for around 6 years, on 2 properties. They have found me 3 tenants, ensuring full occupancy at all times, with no rent arrears arising. I would recommend them. I use their find a tenant service....

I have used PWR many times, when letting my properties, and have always found all the staff very professional and helpful. Adam Kingswood, the manager, is always good to talk to and his knowledge of the property market is second to none. I always recommend PWR to my friends. The latest let was very fast with the outgoing Tenant moving out in the morning and the new Tenant moving in later the same day....

DO NOT use this agency. An absolute nightmare to deal with from the beginning until the end of our tenancy. Firstly took at least a month to book a repair (longer in some cases). We were left without a working shower for a month and a half, no working lightswitch upstairs for 4 months, no electricity downstairs for a month. This agency have no regard for tenants whatsoever, as soon as they move you in and you've signed a contract they will literally forget about you until it's time to pay the re...

Genuinely upset to read this complaint about PWR. However, having tried to investigate this case further I cannot locate 'Keith' as one of our tenant's from the information stated. All inventory's are prepared and signed by the tenant at the outset of the tenancy, with a copy retained to both tenant and ourselves. All deposits are also registered with a tenancy deposit scheme for both tenant's and landlord's benefit. Therefore, if 75% was deducted from the deposit then genuine damage / cleaning ....

PWR, and in particular Adam Kingswood, marketed the property and took me (a complete novice) through all the letting procedures and formalities painlessly. This was 2.5 years ago and since then the company has dealt with two changes of tenancy, certain insignificant property issues, and general administration in an exemplary manner. I am kept informed of any issues, but otherwise left alone which I appreciate! I can\'t recommend them highly enough....

Adam and the team at PWR have been outstanding and cannot do enough to support every aspect of looking after their customers and landlords. I would highly reccomended them to prospective property owners looking for a reliable, efficient and high quality agency service. I have been using PWR for over 8 years now and have never had a problem with any of their staff, who are all always more than helpful, polite and on the ball. All staff have communicated with me and kept me in the loop whenever it has been necessary and are very aware and knowledgable of properties they have, who you are and subcontractors who they would recommend. I am a prospective tenant and have viewed houses/flats with PWR but unfortunately apart from one of their agents(a lady) who did receive me in a nice/professional manner way none of the others who I met were like this. What agent could do to change your mind?
Need to change their way of facing the customer - face to face and by telephone - as soon as possible. This is very discouraging for people who want to let a house. Remember that you are providing a service but for us it\'s not free. We are paying. Being courteous and nice will only help.

I recently relocated to Nottingham from the South and found PWR to be the best and most helpful agent. They really took the time to understand my needs and were considerate about the times I was able to view properties (I wasn\'t the most flexible prospective tenant what with a 2 hour drive to come and see a property!) Pwr owner and the gas engineer are father and son which they dont tell you.they lie about sending letters to check boiler and let themselves in. they.are not helpful and are rude. Do not go with these people. I had my gas shut off because the pipe was decayed and apparently pwr engineer brian did a check three days before..... They dont do there job properly....

During our dealings with PWR we have always found them to be polite, attentive and business like. Any small issues found to be wrong with our property have been reported promptly and when requested PWR have sourced suitable trades people and arranged for any necessary work to be carried out at very reasonable rates. As a landlord I find their service level excellent and would reccomend them as reliable and honest in all of their dealings....

I saw a property through Zoopla that was being \'managed\' by PWR Woodthorpe. I sent a message via Zoopla to PWR asking to arrange an appointment to visit the property. After 4 days no one got back to me, I then tried to ring the office at 1pm on a Friday and no one answered, not even an answerphone machine to leave a message. I have been unable to view the property. Clearly they do need any business! Disappointing....

Perhaps I was naive in thinking good customer service should be a given, particularly when dealing with something as important as where you might live! Essentially there was a real lack of customer service with PWR to the point where I\'m glad I didn\'t view a flat with them. What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer service should be paramount to any good business. If the situation were repeated the following would have been an acceptable turn of events: 1. Respond to the two emails in good time (i.e. within 24hours) - if you thought the phone number was incorrect, why not email me to reprovide it 2. Inform me in that email that the property I was interested in was unavailable so I don\'t waste my time calling up without reason 3. Ask me whether you could help in finding an alternative property and / or keep my details so you can let me know if any similar apartments come up in the future 4. Pick up the phone within 3-4 rings and provide a calm, collected, friendly approach

Thank you for your comments which are important to us. PWR aim to provide the highest level of customer service to all our tenants and landlords. Our procedure is that a property remains live on the property marketing websites until the tenancy agreement has been signed in case an application from a new prospective tenants falls through, however we will always try to offer an alternative property (if possible) in the instance where we receive an enquiry for a property that is under application. ....
