Dear Patrick, Sorry you feel that way. At no point was anything hidden and an inventory report (carried out by an independent inventory clerk) was supplied at the start of the tenancy which had been accepted. This can be proved so your claim is categorically & demonstrably untrue. References wasn't even been checked, no need to lie about it. I haven't went trough even whole references procedures. It's simple as it is. Also of course you keep saying that full refund will be done but there's more words and no action. ...

They did not charge any fees. Unfortunately, in this case, it meant that the contracts were delivered with delays and were poorly redacted. I'd prefer to pay fees if that means the agents will actually be able to pay people who will do a good job and deliver quality services.
