when we check out they try to find way how to take money from our deposit. They finally charged us 230 pounds just for cleaning! UNACCEPTABLE...

Dear G Sorry to hear you are disappointed by our deposits process. Before the end of their tenancies, we give tenants lots of information about how to avoid unnecessary charges. We also give out free cleaning materials. Tenants are also asked to accompany staff on a final check out. This gives you an opportunity to do any last minute fixes. (Our staff also bring cleaning products with them to these inspections.) Unfortunately, some tenancies do require additional cleaning. The dedu ...

Hi Pete. We have recently come across your review online and wanted to address it in further detail with you. Having looked at the information you have supplied, we do not have a property in BS26, the rent figure of £600pcm for a house/flat of 5 cannot be correct either, so we have having a lot of difficulty working out who you are. I also cross checked all the Peter or Pete's on our database for the 13-14 tenancy period cannot also identify you that way. The Government implemented Deposit Prot ...
