All agent's fees are too high and boosted at every opportunity. In particular they are paid well for managing properties but invariably add a percentage to the invoice of any contracter they ask to do any work.

I think agency fees are enough to give you heart failure every time you go through the process. I know you can't work for free. Providing I get a service which is professional and informative I'm happy. The property which Sam has found for me makes the cost worth it.
