Despite great service i feel sometimes that the fees are a little inflated for what is actually being done, but thats the same for all estate agents. Not upset about it though its to be expected and matches other fees and services elsewhere. I liked having the full breakdown though, very open and transparent.

Fee's were in line with other agents. We didn't squeeze particularly hard but they were open to working a tiered model based on full fees for sale at asking price and reduced fees for a sale below. We did sell at a price below their initial valuation having re-marketed at a lower price to generate renewed interest.
