We had a better offer on the fees from the other agent, but we were looking for a good service from the start, you always take a chance, and have a choice at the beginning, but if the level of service lives up to what we were promised we can live with the fees even if they are slightly higher.

They are not very proactive. My friend has tried to get updates from them, and see what the status is. Very apologetic after the contract was signed, saying there were things outside their control (like key cutting and no double bed). What did I pay for? I could have arranged the key cutting myself, and that would have been less than ‚£300.
