£120 for me was very reasonable. Other agents wanted 3 times that. No hidden fees with these guys.

Really really good company.
Simple to deal with and reasonable at all times.
These guys own most of their advertised properties
Unlike most estate agents.

They charged me ‚£120 which I thought was very reasonable. That's it, no hidden cost and they won't charge me Again if I renew
