Anything over 1% is a lot of money for selling a house. Saying that ALL the estate agents who we spoke to were charging over 1% and then you had to add VAT on top of that. Spencers did match the lowest rate we were offered and we believe we choose the right company.

We where charged a shameful amount of ‚£490 in admin fees. This is really low integrity in my opinion, the agent is capitalising on people who need to find a home quickly. Credit checks cost ‚£20, its criminal to charge people ‚£470 to photocopy contracts
