Dear S.McCarthy I was disappointed to see some of your comments. As you will be aware, the original contractor stated it was not something he could do because the water pressure was far too low and he felt it needed the services of an electrician (with you landlords instruction). We also emailed your Landlord to explain the comments you received from Thames Water regarding the water pressure. We have subsequently sent numerous emails to your landlord asking for a decision for an electrician ...
