Total nightmare. Would never use them again. They hooked me by promising a rental price then when I signed up it miraculously had to be reduced by 25%. Then when I asked for the inventory to be done when the tenants left (which I'm expected to pay for) they refused incase the tenants returned! I'm paying for it and asked them to do it. They've also refused to give me, the landlord back the keys. Anything that the tenants wanted doing, they came straight to me because of how useless portico ...

The fees at Portico are generally a bit higher than what we have seen with other agencies. However the service delivered and ease of the process make up for the cost and are higher quality than we were able to find anywhere else.
