I completely agree. I offered £1000 above the accepted offer and the vendor was informed to go with the less offer as apparently they were more financially stable. Granted if they were paying for the property in cash, but they also had a mortgage prepared. Definitely seeing a kick back situation here. ...

This is a terrible estate agent. When it comes to Pointons they lie to you, and then when you query why certain services are potentially about to be cut off due to a lack of communication from either their part or any of their partner's part, they immediately try blaming you and then patronise the tenants
In addition, when tenants bring up issues, they treat us as if we're employees. It must be an incredibly toxic environment to work for
