Tenant is still only paying old rent and the monthly payment S/O has still not been amended since the effective date of 1 august 2014. Some arrears are being paid many months after the due date and the monthly statements from Pocock and Shaw contain many errors (i.e. August 15 statement shows monthly rent of £700 instead of £725 that was notified to the tenant in June 2014 without any mention of a £25 arrear for that month.
