I presume the fees charged eg £66 for contract renewal are relatively standard. I am unsure this represents value for money as as far as I can see the contract is effectively a copy of the first issued to me. Is this fee charged at each tenancy agreement renewal?

Rebecca has always been very much on the ball both in terms of managing my rental properties and also in terms of selling one of these properties. This sale encountered a number of problems with the first agreed purchaser who eventually " disappeared ". Further problems were then encountered with the second buyer being both slow and elusive. I find the fees for the Guarenteed Rent scheme right for the service. Although less than you get from non guarenteed, if you have have a tenant that moves out every 6 months, you actually receive more net income.

I have used Pinewood lettings for the last three years to secure tenants for my 3 and 2 bedroom properties. The customer service is fantastic and I am always kept fully up to date with all viewings and progress feedback. The adverts for my properties goes up within hours of the photos being taken and viewings tend to follow very shortly after. Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments Interest at 8% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due

Only charged where professional cleaning is necessary to return the property to the same condition as at the start of the tenancy.
