We are students so we didn\'t have to pay agency fees. We pay ‚£20 per month for bills and that was a little pricey but they sort any issues we have with gas/electricity/Internet etc so it\'s been worth it.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Reply when they say they will to calls and queries. Use contractor who do what they say they will (work has been charged for that hasn\'t been done or completed properly) and keep landlords informed. Would also be useful to be able to see all correspondences relating to your property as some other agents do..

The door handle repair - was reported 25/07/14 and carried out 06/08/14. The door handle was fully functional but a little loose, so a contractor was sent out to address this within 10 working days after having obtained permission from your landlord. I have a wonderful experience with this awful agency. Repair required ages and lots of emails and phone calls and patient. Funny enough, they kept sending the same guy who didn't know how to fix things and insisting that it can't be repaired, while a few months later, another guy identified the problem and fixed it on his first visit.
