I have now had chance to look into your complaint with the lettings team. You contacted the office on Friday 15th January stating you would like to view a property which said no pets but you have 2 dogs. You were informed that we need to contact the landlord and ask the question before we are able to arrange a viewing.
You emailed on Monday evening with the same question on a different property and received the same response.
The lettings team have spoken to you today and explained the same, ...
