From my experience, I had a problem with irregular half payments / no payments spread periodically over a number of months with a tenant. However a Big Thanks to Pamela Bourne and the team who sorted out everything in both a polite and professional manner and now everything is back on track with Rent Payments. Thanks Again ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Done their job properly! Inspected the property regularly. Renewed contracts punctually. Known when new contracts and rent was due. Things I took for granted that they would do. Silly me!Attached Filesnbsp;
