A very good service from this company. Our flat was successfully rented out for many years by the letting side of this company and then, when the time came to sell, they undertook this with similar professionalism and expertise. We achieved a sale very quickly, in a difficult market, and their help and advice throughout was invaluable.

Excellent pre-sales. Slow response to issues in the flat and have to be chased up multiple times to get anything done. Lots of hidden costs e.g. 'renegotiating' contract fee after contract period is up, contract termination fee at end of contract, referee fees (providing references to next... Read Full Review

Excellent pre-sales.

Definately would not use Penyards again.
