1. Clean the property as it was promised. 2. Register my deposit with the schemes and give me the relevant paperwork 3. Fix the 2 broken items. 4. Refund the full amount of deposit as per the condition of the property. 5. Refund the deposit promptly.Attached Filesnbsp;
