Cansu went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was always available to answer questions, explained every step clearly, and kept us informed throughout the process. Her calm and knowledgeable approach helped ease any concerns we had, and she genuinely cared about making sure we found the right place.

Pedder is a fantastic estate agency. We were on the lettings side of things.
Nora our property manager was phenomenal we had several issues over the 2 years we were at the property but her responsiveness, care and support meant that we didn't feel completely overwhelmed.
Always a phone call away or responsive via e-mail we never felt left alone as tenants.
As the property was being sold she did her best to mitigate the disruption caused to us during this time. A long with all the emotions that come with it.
Honest, kind and always willing to help we are so grateful for your help these 2 years.
I would also like to mention Cansu from the sales side of things, she was also amazing in keeping us in the loop and providing support. Going above and beyond just like Nora.
Thank you all for your support.
If you are renting or buying a house, Pedder really do care. :)
