Mr Hall has no interest in addressing or resolving issues, and has to be pushed to take any action, even when damage caused by a leaking water tank is threatening the integrity of the building and mushrooms are growing in the damp area. Mr Hall, when pushed, becomes defensive, and abusive when challenged to actually take any action....

Needed to find and move into a property ASAP, Samantha offered a personal opinion and found the perfect apartment for us (quickly!) Extremely happy with the service and the friendly, personable staff! Samantha went out of her way to help us and was able to help us out being first time letters. Would recommend Pearson Ferrier to any first time buyer/letter, if local to bury ask for Sam!...

Main issues you may face as a landlord: being overcharged, duplicate charges applied to your account - watch out for GS certificates, passing work to closely connected businesses (but not disclosing it to you as tenant), 'forgetting' to transfer rent to you, offering insurance products but failing to meet any regulatory requirements, not passing on tenant enquiries and requests. Aside from this the staff can be rude and quite unprofessional making disparaging comments about tenants. The p...

Iain was extremely efficient and kept us informed at each stage of the sale and worked hard to resolve ongoing issues at the bottom if the chain would highly recommend using them for sales. Pearson Ferrier are an absolute shambles and I would never rent or buy a property with them if my life depended on it. Dealing with them has been the bane of my life for the last 30 months!! Renting a property with them is the worst decision we have ever made and to hand notice into them on the house is a massive weight from our shudders. They are rude, unhelpful and don\'t fix things they should. BEWARE THEY TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS THEY SHOULDNT TOO!...

We have rented with Pearson Ferrier for nearly 4 years and we could afford to move - we could. The house is in a poor state of repair yet everything we report takes months to get sorted and then the rent is increased. It has got to the point that we are terrified of asking for anything to be fixed. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE PEARSON FERRIER....

I am absolutley sick to death of Pearson Ferrier, we have rented a property with them for just under a year and it has been nothing but a headache. On viewing the property, they made appointments which they didn\'t turn up for. This should have been a sign, but we liked the house so decided to rent it regardless. This couldn\'t have been a more wrong decision. Again, the agent arranged to meet us at the house on the morning of the move - but did not turn up! On going to the offices to collect ...

Hi, we have had similar complains with them, they are rude and useless,we have been cheated by them from the beginning, we have been left without heating for 9 days in freezing weather with minimum effort from their side to fix it, they claim to be award winners in their lettings, they are so rude, they have the poorest customer services, we are fed up with them and planning to sue them in small claims court as well as contact the ombudsman, office of fair trading for advise.....

I've had dealing with Pearson Ferrier in the past as a prospective tenant and went elsewhere in the end as I found the staff I dealt with to be very dismissive and rude, giving the distinct impression that they didn't value me as a customer because I was just a lowly tenant. Now using them to sell a house, I have found them pretty bad to deal with. They give no feedback at all after people have been to view. They have on numerous occasions 'forgotten' to tell us that a viewing has been booked i...

I currently rent a property through these agents and am on my second 6 month tenancy agreement. I had absolutely no problem setting up any viewings or securing my property which is an achievement when you consider I did the whole proces in just a few days! I had no problems with collecting the keys either. My only slight complaint is that the admin fee which was £200 might be considered a bit expensive. Apart from that the only issue I have had with them has been lack of communication r...
